Human HRD and HRR Gene Mutation Test Kit
The homologous recombination repair (HRR) pathway is responsible for repairing DNA double-stranded breaks in mammalian cells. Deficiency of the HRR pathway is common in many cancers and is recognized as apotent tumorigenic driver in several cancers, including ovarian, breast, prostate, and pancreatic cancer.
Homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) has been demonstrated to be sensitive to both platinum-based chemotherapy and poly ADP-ribose polymerase inhibitors (PARPi), especially in ovarian and breast cancer.
Key Features and Benefits
Comprehensive Coverage
Provides the information on the HRD score andmutations in 66 HRR genes, including SNVs, Indels, CNV loss of some genes, and large genomic rearrangement (LGR) of BRCA1/2
Innovative Design
Combines WGS and a SNP panel for dual platform joint detection of HRD score, enhancing the stability of detection results
Utilizes SNPs specifically chosen for the Asian population to improve the detection efficiency
Patent Algorithm
Requires as low as 20% tumor presence, expanding test opportunities for more patients
Achieves 96% consistency between HRD score and BRCAness
