Genecast ctDNA Comprehensive is a DNA-based NGS assay designed to comprehensively and accurately assess the mutation profiles, mutational burden, microsatellite instability (MSI) in blood. The 769 genes related to tumor occurrence and development are detected, of which 370 genes highly related to clinical diagnosis, treatment orprognosis are fully covered in the whole exon coding region, and the other 399 genes are covering common variant hotspots SNP regions relevant to drug metabolism, and microsatellite regions.
